Each individual account is assigned to a particular Account Manager who is in constant contact with our customers. Each finished case is returned to your office with a "Quality Report Slip". With these two important forms of communication, it allows us the ability to determine how to customize our work for each customer. Our goal is to allow our restorations to sit with little to no adjustments. We work hard to make sure both the interproximal and occlusal contacts are always consistent for each account.



Each case is subject to meticulous quality checks before it leaves the lab to ensure great margins, proper shading, and interproximal and occlusal contacts to meet your specifications.
