Implants
Denture Overbar
Implant bar overdentures combine the stability of an implant with the look of a denture, seating directly onto the gum line implant using as few as four screws. This hybrid implant option gives a patient a lifelike strength and firmness.
Screw-Retained Crown
The screw-retained crowns that are available from Atlas help ensure that you achieve success for every implant case. The leading cause of implant failure is excess cement left below the margin during oral surgery. This risk is completely eliminated with screw-retained crowns because they do not utilize wet cement in the operatory. These implant solutions are easily retrievable by clinicians for maintenance. The screw access hole can be filled to allow for high esthetics. Our screw-retained crowns are available in three options, which allows you to choose the best option based on the case and patient needs.
TiBase Retained
TiBase retained crowns are a standard screw-retained solution. This option is available with full-contour zirconia crowns for highly esthetic translucency and long-lasting strength. TiBase retained crowns offer clinicians an easy delivery. This option is available as an OEM or 3rd party solution that is compatible with all major manufacturers.
Screwmentable Retained
Screwmentable crowns are an innovative solution that combines the best of screw and cement-retained crowns. This option is available with a variety of crowns. This product can be typically cemented in-lab or delivered to your practice as two pieces for an easy try-in procedure. This restorative option is available as OEM or 3rd party.
Angulated Screw-Retained
Angulated screw-retained crowns are a revolutionary solution that allows for a screw-retained solution in the anterior region. This option is available for full-contour zirconia or with porcelain cut-back for high esthetics. The access hole can be angulated up to 20-30° to ensure it does not damage the end esthetics of the restoration. This restoration has limited availability based upon the implant system due to its innovative nature.
Cement-Retained Crown
The cement-retained crown available from the Atlas implant team is available for full cast and porcelain-fused-to-metal crowns. Cement-retained restorations help ensure a durable and ideally contoured restoration. We craft our metal-based restorations out of the the highest quality metal alloys. Our metal-based solutions are available as non-precious, semi-precious, and precious.
Angulated Screw Channel
Atlas Dental Laboratory offers the innovated Angulated Screw Channel from Nobel Biocare®. This option is available for both single-unit restorations and bridges. These restorations offer the same benefits as traditional screw-retained solutions, but also eliminate esthetic challenges for the anterior region. Like alternative screw-retained options, the ASC solution offers increased implant success and improved retrievability through the elimination of wet cement in the operatory. The screw access hole can be angulated between 0° to 25° in a 360° radius to hide it from visibility, which can damage the esthetic results of the restoration.
