Cost Plus is so confident in the quality of our materials and the consistency of our technicians that we offer a lifetime warranty on all of our products. So when your patient takes home a restoration from our lab, they can do so knowing it’s fully guaranteed for the life of the product.

No Questions Asked Remakes

If a restoration fails to fit your patient at the very first seating, then it simply doesn’t meet the standard Cost Plus sets for the work we produce. That’s why we offer remakes with absolutely ZERO questions asked and will work with your practice to ensure the necessary adjustments are made.

Turn-time Guarantee

Nothing affects a clinician’s schedule quite as negatively as a lab that fails to deliver its products in the time that was quoted. At Cost Plus we guarantee our restorations will not only be of the highest quality, but they will be shipped from our laboratory on the scheduled day.

TERMS: Cost of collection of any account will be paid by the customer. All accounts are payable within 30 days of statement date. Accounts not paid within the stated terms will be subject to COD status and a late charge of 2 percent of the unpaid balance. Prices subject to change without notice. Rx must be enclosed with original case submission
